Ravi leads business operations and marketing management along with focus on building strong key account relationship management with key business stakeholders. His prowess extends to meticulous cost administration, innovative design and development of concepts and product lines and strong people management skill showcasing his adeptness in strategic leadership and operational excellence. He also mentors the team in in-depth market understanding and into creating futuristic and sustainable business practices.

With over 30 years of marketing and technical expertise, Ravi had an incredible journey at Arvind. Starting as a Management Trainee, he rose to the position of CEO. He has also held senior positions at Ha-meem Group, Shahi Exports, and Gokaldas Exports prior to joining Matrix.
He brings strong and extensive experience in SBU leadership, business development, operations (including manufacturing & supply chain management), sourcing, project incubation, and the identification/implementation of new technology. His unique expertise lies in the textile value chain across fabric and apparel, with an interface to retail.
Ravi holds a BE (Mechanical) and is a Post Graduate in Management Studies from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai.
